I bought this as a trans man, and the texture is simply divine. I use it as a grind pad, and the bullet is just the cherry on top. It's made of a solid silicone, which feels sturdy and doesn't make me scared to be too rough on it.
The only gripe I had was that it's open ended which is admin, but hey, can't do much about that.
