Every toy on this site carries a Coyscore — a rating built from real reviews gathered across the web, not from stars we collected ourselves. It means you can tell, before you buy, whether a thing is actually any good. Everything ships from New Zealand in plain, unmarked packaging, with free shipping over $150.

How the Coyscore works
Most adult retailers show you their own product reviews. That is a problem, because the shop selling the toy is also the one deciding which reviews you see.
The Coyscore is built the other way round. We gather what independent reviewers, forums and long-form testers have already published about a product, weigh it by how much evidence there is, and turn it into one number out of 100.
A high score with hundreds of reviews behind it means something. A high score with four reviews behind it is marked provisional, and we say so rather than hiding it.
Where a product has almost nothing written about it, you will see "gathering reviews" instead of a number. We would rather show you nothing than invent confidence.
Choosing your first toy
If you are buying your first, the honest advice is to start smaller and simpler than you think you need. Powerful is not the same as pleasurable, and a toy with one good motor beats one with ten settings you will never use.
Start with what you already know you like
External or internal, broad pressure or pinpoint, buzzy or rumbly — you probably already have a preference even if you have never named it. A bullet is the cheapest way to find out what you respond to. If you know you like deep pressure, a wand will suit you better than anything small.
Materials matter more than features
Body-safe silicone, glass and stainless steel are non-porous, which means they can be properly cleaned and will not degrade. Softer jelly-style materials are porous and cannot be fully sanitised. We list the material on every product page, and it is worth reading before the feature list.
Buy lube at the same time
It is the single cheapest thing that makes everything else better. Water-based works with every material and every toy. Silicone lubricant lasts longer but should not be used with silicone toys. If you are unsure, water-based is the safe answer.
Common questions
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, unmarked, and nothing on the outside indicates what is inside or who it came from. The sender name on the parcel is not "Coy".
How long does delivery take?
We ship from within New Zealand, so most orders arrive in a few working days. Shipping is $16.50, and free over $150.
Can I return a sex toy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days, but hygiene exclusions apply to intimate products — an item that has been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If something arrives faulty, that is a different situation and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply. Contact us and we will sort it.
How do I clean and store a toy?
Warm water and a dedicated toy cleaner for most materials, dried fully before storing. Keep silicone toys apart from each other rather than in one drawer together, since some silicones react on long contact.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. This store sells adult products and is for over-18s only.
