It doesnt stick to skin at all which has pros and cons, so it can slide around a lot.
Honestly I hated it. It got tight around my ankles and wrist if I moved too much. That cut into circulation.
It's great, just have scissors really nearby. It can be though to get off, and you have to be careful when it comes to circulation.
It's good for simple binding - just wrapping legs together, around torso, or as a blindfold.
