Yeah, I've used them. Basically, put in the biggest ones you can fit and work your kegels. Decrease the size of your ben wa balls and do the same. The smaller the size, the more effort it takes to squeeze around them.
Well-crafted: the silicone loop makes cleaning a breeze. Only the heaviest red love ball is suitable at all for women (pre-birth) with a normal, stable pelvic floor. Too light, sadly, to really make a difference.
They do work. Pretty well but you have to be consistent. Better then peeing when you sneeze.
Comfortably sized, easy to insert with some lube, and delightfully wearable. Benefits are yet to be seen.
The training definitely shows results. If the hardest option feels unattainable at first, within a few weeks, you’ll accomplish it. TOP!!
