I only used the massager twice (more on that below) and didn't have much luck, it's hard to get the pointy end in the right place as it keeps moving around and the vibrations are greatly reduced when it's inside me.
I would forget about the Kaplan massager. Not worth it in my opinion.

I'll be honest this calexotics toy doesn't appear the safest to me for anal use. I know it's marketed for anal play but it doesn't appear curved enough nor long enough to not go missing and has no stopper.
I didn't use this specific toy but a different toy from this brand for anal play. Wasn't happy at all. It caused pain and didn't feel comfortable. I'll suggest trying different brand instead
