Ultraskyn is just their cover name. Not safe for insertable use after the first use as it is porous/harbors bacteria and can never be fully cleaned.
I've heard that ultraskin dildos do feel quite nice, but you have to throw them away before long because the material is porus and starts to get **moldy**.
My gf and I have not had any issues with any of their toys and we particularly like how the ultraskyn ones are textured and warm quickly with the body
