ULTRASKYN is by far the most lifelike TPE material in the industry. It perfectly mimics the feel and touch of human skin.
Most strokers will be TPE. It's generally fine for them as they don't go inside anyone. Just make sure to clean it thoroughly: rinse with cold water, spray with antibacterial/antifungal toy cleaner, let it soak through and air dry for a couple hours, and then powder with cornstarch between uses to help dry out the inside during storage. They won't last forever.
