Everything is silicone, so it’s body safe and easy to clean.

I had a long recovery after giving birth to my first child, and was fretting over my recovery when I got pregnant with my second. A woman who eventually became a good friend that I met in my antenatal class suggested kegel balls. I was extremely doubtful but gave it a try anyways. The trick is to start small and light and work your way up from there. I used kegel balls from the time I was 4 months pregnant until I gave birth and after. I am happy to report that my recovery took less than half the time compared to my first pregnancy.

I don’t think the balls have to fall out or move around when you put them in. I have the Ben wa balls and they don’t fall out. I also can really feel them moving inside me when I move around. I can’t take them out myself, my partner has to help me.

These are smaller than expected, imagine a large marble. The Kegel Balls that I've used previously were larger, so this product may not be the best for beginners.

I don’t have to do anything to keep it where it is. Am I putting it too deep into my vagina? Am I supposed to be trying to push it out with the muscles or jump up and down? I have no clue.
