It comes with a total of 6 weighted balls and 2 different silicone holders. You can switch out the different balls to build up strength, as each color is a different weight. Start with the lightest ball in the single ball holder, then work your way up. Everything is silicone, so it’s body safe and easy to clean.
I had a long recovery after giving birth to my first child, and was fretting over my recovery when I got pregnant with my second. A woman who eventually became a good friend that I met in my antenatal class suggested kegel balls. I was extremely doubtful but gave it a try anyways. The trick is to start small and light and work your way up from there. I used kegel balls from the time I was 4 months pregnant until I gave birth and after. I am happy to report that my recovery took less than half the time compared to my first pregnancy. It might not be for everyone, but I definitely think it worked out well for me!
First time trying kegel balls and was pleasantly surprised by the instant increase in arousal
The Kegel Balls that I've used previously were larger, so this product may not be the best for beginners.
I don’t have to do anything to keep it where it is. Am I putting it too deep into my vagina? Am I supposed to be trying to push it out with the muscles or jump up and down? I have no clue.
