Definitely works. Its a learning curve like anything else but all in all works amazing. At one point I felt my soul leave my body and return much later 🙃
Easy to use, don’t forget to lube the lips before use. My first experience was funny as I thought it doesn’t work till I tried the lube around the lips and the rest was history of fun

Downsides are possible trauma to the capillaries and skin, or nerve issues
Don’t go cheap. My suggestion is a Frohle pump
