The door is in the way. This limits your movement a lot. It takes away most of the fun of the swing - the freedom to move.
Most interior doors are essentially cardboard, these days. I wouldn't expect one to hold a 95lb girl getting roughly fucked, much less a "big girl".

We have one and we really enjoy it. As OP says some can lack support but that can be fixed w/ modification. It allows for so many new and otherwise unattainable positions
best tip is to not use a door swing its a massive waste of money. get something that screws into the roof or a frame.
