Discreet is not a word I'd use to describe this item. This is super loud, like as loud or louder than most regular vibrators. The noise alone makes it indiscreet. I wore it around my house to test but had to wait until I was alone because the sound was so loud. The bullet barely fits inside the "pocket" and quickly falls out.
