I would definitely not recommend buying TPE insertables, given they're porous and risk infection and also unstable so break down over time.
What you want is silicone, which is stable, functionally non-porous and body-safe.
If your toys are under 1.9” you might tear them, even if you gradually increase the depth and size while using a set of drill bits.
