Doc Johnson sells a lot of unsafe materials, but I don't think in the last 6 years I've been in the industry I've seen them lie about something being silicone. (They have "Sil-A-Gel," which is not silicone and intentionally misleading, but everything they clearly label silicone seems to be legit.)
So, if they label a toy silicone, I'd personally tend to believe that it's silicone. There's nothing less real or less safe about their platinum-cured silicone as far as I'm aware. So, if you're asking whether that toy is body safe, I'd say yes.
Out of the three I tested, one was too small (Tru Feel), one was too simple (Tru Touch) and one was just right (Tru Curve.)
Luckily, the company has started making good quality and reasonably priced silicone toys too.
