It truly lives up to its name. It numbs everything in your mouth, allowing you to deep throat without gagging but only lasts more than a few minutes until the numbness begins to wear off and you may need to reapply
This one the mint one is the one that stands out as slightly different in that it seems to be a bit stronger. Not a lot stronger or enough to make me say this one above the others but still a bit stronger.
I needed 2 sprays but worked quicker than other reviews.
