If you are a big fan of deep throating but just can't quite handle it because of a gag reflex, then it will work great.
One precaution though, wait a minute of two after spraying to give any sort of oral, as it may numb the dick as well as the throat.
Pain and the gag reflex are the body's way to telling you to knock that shit off.
I tell Mike I have a gel that helps your throat stop hurting and ask if he wants to try it he agrees and I go get it from my room. I come back with my small squeeze bottle of deep throat gel he squeezes some into his mouth and swollows it. He immediately says his throat doesn't hurt anymore.
