The various options from Square peg toys all have a great base shape that keep them from slipping inside. Them being made with the high-end silicone means they won't react to anything and start "melting" either.
The problem with round bases is that they’re often the exact same width or just slightly wider than the max width of the bulb of the plug. That width can obviously fit through your sphincter if you’re wearing the plug, and it if slips in fully you may find yourself in the ER.
