The biggest drawback of BM products is there is no pressure gauge so you don't know what pressure you are using.
The expansion is amazing when you pump with hot water and the edema is less than a Airpump. Plus no need for lube, oils or cleanup. With the handball I feel like I’m in full control with micro pumps & the pressure stays consistent. The stretch feels really good it’s like getting your dick sucked by a mermaid my glans come out clean and ready for tape.
I could be more satisfied
Literally the greatest device I own is my bathmate hydro max 9. Whatever problems you've had with bathmate, skill issues.
IMO air pumps are superior in almost every way. Safer (because of the gauge and because water expands instantly whereas air is more gradual, or something that Hink explains better in his video about the bathmate), cheaper, don't require getting in the shower, much less likely to feel like your balls are being sucked in
