it looks like the Basix dildo is not body-safe. It's made from TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber,) which is a porous and non-sterilizable material.
If you DON'T want a toy you can't put down that's also an absolute bargain, by all means PASS on this one.!! awesome product.
It stunk to high heaven but back then I was naive and thought nothing of it. Whilst I never experienced any ill effects health wise (to my knowledge, anyway) - it soon discoloured, and held on to odours no matter how much I cleaned it. It soon melted in my toy box.
