Connecting/disconnecting the hose is a bit cumbersome, especially if you find you've inflated a bit too much and need to let some air off. Otherwise great! Love pumping it up and trying to walk, turns my legs into jelly
No, it's actually not good for stretching. Picture it as a balloon. What happens when you squeeze the center of a balloon? The air moves to the areas of least resistance. Inflatable plugs are just like that. Your anus is the tightest point, so it squeezes the balloon, which forces all the air to the area of least resistance, which is the area inside you. So they are great for filling you up, not good for stretching.
