Need to send something back? Start here. For hygiene, security and to make sure your return reaches the right place, we don't publish a return address — instead, tell us a little about your order below and we'll email you a return authorisation and the return address, usually within 1–2 business days.
Before you lodge a request, a quick recap of our Returns & Refunds Policy:
- Change of mind: within 30 days, item must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 even if opened — please attach or email a photo/video of the issue so we can sort it fast.
- For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened or used intimate items as a change-of-mind return.
