Read the "feels like" line first. The name of a vibrator tells you almost nothing about the sensation, which is why so many first purchases miss.

Six things that matter more than the shape
Rumbly beats buzzy for most people
Cheap motors buzz at the surface and numb you quickly. A deeper, rumblier motor stays comfortable for longer. When a product mentions a rumbly motor, that is the difference being described.
Material decides how you clean it
Body-safe silicone, ABS plastic and glass are non-porous, so they wash properly. TPR and jelly are porous and cannot be sterilised, which is fine for solo use with a condom over the toy.
Silicone lube ruins silicone toys
Use water-based lube with anything silicone. Silicone lube is only for glass, metal and ABS. This one mistake ends more toys than anything else.
Waterproof is not one thing
Splashproof means you can rinse it. Fully submersible means bath and shower. The product page says which, and it is worth checking before you assume.
Quiet matters if you share walls
Wands are powerful and audible. Bullets, eggs and suction toys are much quieter. Flatmates and thin walls are a legitimate reason to size down.
Rechargeable is worth the extra
USB rechargeable toys hold steadier power than battery ones, which fade as the batteries die. That fade is often mistaken for the toy being weak.

Will anyone know what has arrived?
No. Packaging is plain and unmarked with no branding on the outside, and the sender name on your statement does not describe the contents.
I have never used one. Where should I start?
A bullet or a clitoral vibrator, on the lowest setting, with water-based lube. Start external, take your time, and treat the first few goes as working out what you like rather than aiming at anything.
Is it going to be too intense?
Only if you start at the top. Everything we stock has multiple settings, and a suction toy is a good option if direct vibration feels like too much.
Do I need lube?
It makes almost everything more comfortable, and it is essential for anything internal. Water-based works with every material we sell.
Can I return it if it is not right?
You have 30 days to change your mind on unopened items. For hygiene reasons intimate products cannot be returned once opened, which is exactly why this page exists.
